Where we ship

We deliver across India through reputed third-party courier partners. We currently ship within India only.

Dispatch & delivery time

Once your payment is successful, delivery typically takes 7–20 days depending on your location. During sales, festivals or live events, dispatch may take a little longer.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. The amount you confirm at checkout is the final amount.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we share tracking details on your registered mobile number. You can also check your order status anytime under “My orders” in your account.

Responsibility after dispatch (courier liability)

We pack and check every order carefully before handing it over to the courier. Once a parcel is dispatched and is in the courier's custody, transit — including delays, mis-routing, loss or damage in transit — is the responsibility of the courier/delivery partner, and Manita Collections is not liable for it.

That said, we won't leave you alone with a courier problem. If anything goes wrong in transit, contact us with your order number — we will actively follow up, raise a complaint with the delivery partner on your behalf, and pursue the claim with them. Any compensation for transit loss or damage is subject to the courier's investigation and claim policy.

If you receive a parcel that looks tampered with or damaged from outside, please do not accept it — refuse the delivery and inform us immediately. If you do accept it, record a clear unboxing video; it is required for any transit-damage claim.

Delays & address accuracy

Please enter a complete and correct delivery address with a reachable phone number. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, unavailability at delivery, or courier or weather disruptions beyond our control. If a parcel is returned to us undelivered, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment.

Payment

Orders are confirmed after secure online payment. We do not offer cash on delivery at this time.
