Delete your Manita Collection account and the data attached to it. This applies to the “Manita Collection” Android app and to this website.

If you can still sign in, delete the account yourself. It takes effect immediately — there is nothing to wait for.
- Open the Manita Collection app
- Go to Profile
- Tap “Delete my account” and confirm
The account and its data are removed straight away.

Which account this covers
You have one Manita Collection account, signed in with your mobile number, and it works across the “Manita Collection” Android app on Google Play and this website. Deleting it removes it from both.
What gets deleted
We delete your name, mobile number, profile photo, saved delivery addresses, cart, wishlist and any product reviews you have written. Once deleted, this data cannot be restored.
What we keep, and why
Records of your past orders and payments are kept, but in anonymised form. Indian tax and accounting law requires a business to retain its sales records, so these cannot be deleted along with the account.
These records are no longer linked to a usable account, and the shipping address on them is scrubbed. What remains is a sales figure for our books, not a customer profile.
How long it takes
Deletion from inside the app is immediate. A request sent by email, WhatsApp or phone is actioned within 7 working days of us receiving it, and we confirm once it is done.
Signing up again
Deleting the account frees your mobile number, so you can sign up again with the same number whenever you like. The new account starts empty — earlier orders, addresses and wishlist are not brought back.
